As we move towards Winter Solstice, traditionally known as Yule, we are anticipating the turn of the wheel of the year towards longer days and shorter nights. As I write this we're just moving through Samhain and All Hallows Eve, which carries us into the underworld of our experience, as we honour the unseen, welcome our ancestors, release unhelpful conditioning and ancestral patterns with the falling leaves and give Gratitude for the gift of life our Ancestors have bestowed upon us. 

If we are to align with Nature, this next phase is not so much a time for external pursuits, as the Sun is moving towards the weakest point of its cycle. We have an opportunity here to prepare inwardly for the return of the Sun's light, to shed any last remnants of old skins and to enjoy resting…
